Return - Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the entrepreneur of the decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unambiguous statement in writing by post or by e-mail. The consumer can use the attached model withdrawal form, but that is not an obligation.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send a communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

During the withdrawal period, the consumer will handle the goods and packaging with care.
Packages that have been opened/damaged and/or where the seal has been broken cannot be returned.

Consequences of the revocation

If the consumer revokes the agreement, he or she will receive all payments he or she has made up to that time, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the choice of a different method of delivery than that specified by the entrepreneur). cheapest standard delivery offered) without delay and in any case not later than 14 days after the entrepreneur has been informed of the decision to withdraw from the agreement. The entrepreneur will reimburse the consumer using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the consumer will not be charged any costs for such reimbursement. The entrepreneur may wait with reimbursement until he has received the goods back, or it has been demonstrated that the consumer has returned the goods, whichever comes first.

The consumer must return or hand over the goods to the entrepreneur without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which the decision to withdraw from the agreement was communicated. The consumer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The consumer will bear the costs of returning the goods.

The consumer is only liable for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of right of withdrawal

The entrepreneur can exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal to the extent provided below. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal only applies if the entrepreneur has informed the consumer of the absence of a right of withdrawal.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible:

concerning the provision of services the performance of which began with the consent of the consumer before the end of the withdrawal period;
concerning the delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or that have a clearly personal character or that by their nature cannot be returned or can deteriorate or become outdated quickly;
concerning the supply of audio and video recordings and computer software of which the seal has been broken by the consumer;
regarding the supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines;
for betting and lottery services;
concerning the delivery, at the home or place of residence or workplace of the consumer, of foodstuffs or drinks or of other goods for common household use by deliverers who visit frequently and at regular intervals.
