The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the entrepreneur of the decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unambiguous statement in writing by post or by e-mail. The consumer can use the attached model withdrawal form, but that is not an obligation.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send a communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
During the withdrawal period, the consumer will handle the goods and packaging with care.

Consequences of the revocation

The consumer is only liable for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
